A recent phone photo is usually enough. For the sharpest print and cleanest outline:
- Keep the whole subject visible. Try not to crop ears, paws, hands or the top of the head.
- Use good light. Bright, in-focus photos preserve more detail than dark screenshots.
- Let the subject stand out. A busy background is fine, but avoid objects covering the outline.
- Do not worry about perfection. If the photo needs attention, our designer checks it before production.

Will the finished pillow match my instant preview?
The preview shows the photo, overall shape and white border. Because it is generated instantly, the final sewing line may vary slightly. A designer reviews and refines the cut line before production so small details are handled properly.
What photos work best?
Bright, sharp images with the full subject visible work best. A normal phone photo is usually fine. Avoid heavy blur, very dark lighting and photos where important parts are hidden behind furniture, hands or other objects.
Can I use a person, drawing or object instead of a pet?
Yes. Pets, people, children’s drawings, cars, toys, logos and meaningful objects can all become a shaped pillow, provided you have the right to use the image.
How are the sizes measured?
30 cm, 50 cm and 60 cm refer to the longest side of the finished pillow. The Real-life size view gives an approximate comparison in a real setting; the final width depends on the proportions of your photo.
Is the photo printed on both sides?
Yes. The same image is printed on the front and back. Both sides use a white sewn border around the subject.
What is the pillow made from?
The cover is soft plush polyester with a hidden zip and a comfortable polyester filling. The surface is designed to feel soft while keeping the print clear.
Can I wash it?
Remove the inner filling and wash the cover gently in cold water. Air dry for best results. Do not bleach, iron the printed area or use high heat.
How long will my order take?
Estimated delivery is 10–12 business days. As soon as your order ships, we email a tracking link so you can follow it.
Is delivery free?
Yes. Standard tracked delivery is included at no extra charge.
Can I send it directly as a gift?
Yes. Enter the recipient’s address at checkout and we will send the parcel directly to them. Prices are not printed on the product.
What if the pillow arrives damaged or incorrect?
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery. If there is shipping damage, a production fault or the result does not match the reviewed artwork, we will remake it free or issue a refund.
