If your order isn’t perfect, we’re here to make it right — quickly and kindly.

90-Day “Love It or Return It” Guarantee

We proudly offer a 90-day return policy from the date of delivery.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or full refund (excluding shipping costs).

Personalized Items

Because each compass is custom-engraved, returns are accepted only if:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or with a personalization error made by us.
    In these cases, we’ll replace it free of charge or issue a full refund — no need to send it back unless requested.

Non-Personalized Items

Non-engraved or standard (non-custom) products can be returned for any reason within 90 days of delivery, provided they’re unused and in their original packaging.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@lifepathcompass.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
  2. We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with instructions or a return authorization.
  3. Once approved, you’ll receive your refund or replacement promptly.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 3–7 business days for funds to appear in your account.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or product damage.
